Most Coaches don’t get to the bottom of 'specifically' why a client has failed to achieve their goals before. It is usually less to do with willpower and more to do with following and unsustainable plan from the off, self sabotage and external stressors. We’ll look at this together.

I limit the number of clients I work with at any one time so I can give my clients what they need. So this is simple ..you have contact with me 24/7 via WhatsApp, email or my online community. I have other commitments too so I may not reply immediately but I will always reply as promptly as I can.

This all depends on what you want to achieve but typically clients lose between 10-20lbs in a 12 week programme, more importantly improve their health and fitness and feel great about themselves again.. for good!
Your 1:1 in person sessions with me will always be in a gym. The workout programme we put together for you as part of your programme can be for the gym or an at home workout. This is the same if you’re working with me online also.
